As a Banquet Server/Support Staff at Stonebridge Golf Club, you will play a key role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and that our guests have a memorable experience. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service during banquets and special events, working as part of a team to meet the needs of guests and event organizers.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet and event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and décor, ensuring all details align with event requirements.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
- Ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, following event timelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests, maintaining a positive attitude, and assisting with any special needs.
- Clear and clean tables throughout the event, resetting as needed.
- Assist with the breakdown of banquet and event spaces after events, ensuring all equipment is returned to proper storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in banquet, catering, or food service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow event specifications.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays or equipment as needed.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.
