As an On-Course Server / Beverage Cart Attendant at Stonebridge Golf Club, you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering food and beverages to golfers on the course. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the beverage cart around the golf course, offering food, drinks, and snacks to golfers.
- Provide friendly and attentive service, making sure guests have everything they need during their round.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including beverage and snack options, to make recommendations to guests.
- Process orders and payments efficiently, using the appropriate point-of-sale system.
- Keep the beverage cart stocked with food, drinks, and supplies, ensuring it is always clean and organized.
- Ensure all golf course areas are safe and accessible, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures for the beverage cart, ensuring all supplies are replenished and the cart is prepared for the next shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and maintain a friendly, positive attitude in all weather conditions.
- Ability to drive the beverage cart safely and responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
