Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Maintain proper storage of clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist kitchen staff with other duties as needed, such as food prep and stocking.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
