Job Description
As the Event/Bistro Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our event and bistro areas. You will ensure that each event and guest experience meets the high standards of service Stonebridge Golf Club is known for. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both front-of-house staff and guest relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise banquet and bistro staff, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times.
- Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all needs are met and events run smoothly.
- Assist in managing bistro operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and adherence to service standards.
- Assist with training staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of both banquet and bistro areas.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper stocking of supplies.
- Assist in scheduling staff to meet business needs.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food & beverage, preferably in a banquet/event or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.
